Breathwork + Drum Beats

Join us for a unique experience where breath and music harmonize. In the second session from the fall series, we’ll engage in active breathwork as a group, a practice based on Krista Reid's teachings that helps you relax and stay fully present in the moment. This journey can lead to deep relaxation or offer insights during moments of introspection. Bring your yoga mat, and if you’d like, an eye mask to enhance your inner exploration as we lie down in a safe and nurturing space. Hand drums and thoughtfully selected music will support your experience.
